Please visit our website: www.cbs.an Investment obstacles A relatively high percentage of about 30 percent of the entrepreneurs indicated that they experience investment obstacles. A year ago, December 2010, this was 19 percent. These obstacles are mainly due to a shortage of financial re sources (increased slightly compared to June 2010 to 16%), a poor market forecast (from 10 to 12%) and government policy. The latter has increased from 7 to 12 percent.
